Delete Your Account

If you'd like your NUTS (Networked Ultimate Timing System) account and associated data removed, submit the form below and we'll process the request.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we will remove:

  • Your NUTS account (email address, display name, authentication credentials)
  • Your tournament registration history and associated personal data
  • Any linked player cards (RFID/NFC associations)
  • Your Firebase Analytics identifier (if analytics consent was given)
  • Any device registrations created from your account

What we retain

For legal and operational reasons, a limited set of data is retained:

  • Completed tournament records — results and standings remain for the venue's historical records, but your identifying information is anonymised (display name replaced with "Deleted User").
  • Audit logs — security-relevant records (login events, profile changes) are retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention.
  • Aggregate analytics — non-personal, aggregated usage data cannot be traced back to you after deletion.
  • Results already sent to an external poker league — where your venue runs its events as part of a league such as Redtooth and you were linked to a membership, your finishing position may already have been submitted to that league. We send only the identifier issued to you by the league plus your finishing position — never your name, email or contact details. Once submitted we cannot withdraw it; contact the league directly to have that record changed. See section 4.1 of our Privacy Statement.
  • Records kept by a venue in its own systems — outside our control for the same reason.

Processing time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 days and always within 30 days, as required by GDPR. You'll receive an email confirming that the deletion has been completed.

By submitting, you confirm you are the owner of the email address above and that you want your account permanently deleted.

Using the app instead

Account deletion is being added to the NUTS app itself. Until that ships, this page is the way to request it — and it will remain available afterwards, so that deletion is possible even if you have uninstalled the app.
