NUTS Support
Help, contact details, and answers to common questions for the NUTS tournament management platform.
About NUTS
NUTS is a tournament management tool for poker venues, tournament directors, and players, operated at poker.reneo.io. It runs the tournament clock and blind structure, manages player registration and results, and shows the live state of a tournament to everyone in the room — through the NUTS mobile app, a web browser, and connected timer displays.
NUTS is a tournament management tool. It does not facilitate gambling and does not handle wagers or payouts of real money.
Getting Help
Email us
Email is our main support channel and it is monitored by a real person:
We are a small team, so please allow a few working days for a reply. We do not offer telephone support.
What to include in your message
The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The venue and tournament name, and roughly when it happened.
- Whether you were using the mobile app or a web browser.
- Your device and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- The email address associated with your NUTS account, if you have one.
Please do not send us passwords or payment details — we will never ask for them.
Common Questions
I cannot sign in
NUTS uses passkeys and email-based sign-in rather than passwords. If you are not getting the sign-in or verification email, check your spam or junk folder first, then confirm you are using the same email address you originally registered with. If it still does not arrive, email us and we will look up the account.
I cannot find my tournament
Tournaments only appear once the venue's tournament director has created and published them, so a tournament that has not been set up yet will not be listed. Pull down to refresh the list, and check that you are looking at the right venue. If the tournament is running but still not showing, ask the tournament director to confirm it has been started — then contact us if it is still missing.
The clock or live updates have stopped
NUTS keeps the tournament view live over a network connection. If the display appears frozen or stale:
- Check that your device still has a working internet connection.
- Close and reopen the tournament screen — this reconnects and pulls a fresh copy of the tournament state.
- If you are on venue Wi-Fi that shows a sign-in page, complete that sign-in and try again.
- Restart the app if reconnecting does not help.
The tournament clock is authoritative on the server, so reconnecting will always bring your device back in step — you will not lose tournament data by restarting the app.
I want to delete my account
You can request deletion of your NUTS account and personal data at any time, without installing the app, from our account deletion page.
